This elegantly redecorated penthouse condo is a top-floor corner unit with breathtaking south-facing views of the Owens Valley. Guests retreat to privacy and quiet when not on the slopes or enjoying the large communal indoor spa one floor down. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is outfitted to support a gourmet cook or “heat and eat” dining. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated suites and each has cable television and MP3 players/chargers. The sleeping loft also has cable television and offers a nice library. The living area is set for elegant dining and has a wet bar, comfortable conversational seating area and a new easy to use fireplace. The private deck has a propane barbeque and is perfect for romantic summer dining providing some of the best views in Mammoth Lakes.

During winter, guests avoid the hassle of driving and parking at the ski lodges as The Bridges offers ski-out/ski-in access to Eagle Express chairlift. Low-level intermediate skiers and riders can cruise down to Eagle Express directly from this property. This high speed 6 person chair services the Little Eagle Ski Lodge, where guests find a ski school, sports shop, equipment rentals, and an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. Covered parking for two cars is reserved for our guests.

Year round, guests enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Mountain and Lakes. A scenic gondola ride to the top of the mountain, a visit to the Devil’s Post Pile National monument and Rainbow Falls or a car trip to Mono Lake make Mammoth a four season destination. Mammoth has lots of fine dining and night life, with shopping and spas only minutes away. Spring through Fall, guests can fish, hike, mountain bike (trails from The Bridges), golf and enjoy all the entertainment Mammoth has to offer.
