Wow, is it HOT! 93 and it’s only 10:00. We strolled over to Lambeau and took the tour which turned out to be VERY cool, oops, wrong word, interesting. During the tour, they took us to a sky suite then through the tunnel out to the field. The Packers franchise does not have an owner, they have over 100,000 of them. The only NFL team that was bought by the fans. After our tour, we headed north for a short day ending in Menomimee, MI, on the border of Michigan. Soooooo glad to be along the coast of Lake Michigan and in an air conditioned hotel. We have gone through the crap, so tomorrow should be much nicer.

Okay, so we found the only thing interesting in Green Bay…

Running out the Packer’s Tunnel with the crowd cheering.

Very Historic. They asked us not to walk on the field, not to take any of the grass, and not be tempted to do a “Lambeau Leap”

Brett Farve took this picture. He just wouldn’t go.
-
Diane rooting for the 49er’s who play the Packers on opening day. You can imagine we weren’t winning friends
