We are on our way south for the sole purpose of visiting Green Bay and Lambeau Field. Just slightly 200 miles out of our way. Traffic heading south was busy and we were trying to navigate some quieter roads. The heat and humidity were climbing and I remembered what our friend Craig Colley said to me one time…never go to Chicago in the summer. 90 degrees and 90% humidity. Green Bay was not much better. Anyway, once in Green Bay we looked for a hotel and anywhere (and I do mean anywhere) to eat and enjoy the local flavor. All we found was a water park hotel called Tundra Lodge and very marginal pizza. No offense, but no wonder Packer fans are so loyal. There’s nothing else to do in this town!
