We hope you are excited about your upcoming trip to Mammoth Lakes!
Here is the last minute info you will need in order to have a smooth check in.
DO NOT go directly to the property address until you have picked up the keys at 437 Old Mammoth Road.
1) Please bring a picture id and the credit card you used to book the reservation into the office when checking in!
2) Our condos are NOT pet friendly (except TR48 or BR108, and properly licensed ADA service animals.
Online proof is required from the ADA website. Letters vouching for Emotional Support Animals ARE NOT accepted.
We do not allow smoking or vaping in the unit or on the patio or balcony of the unit.
3) Check in time is:
4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Saturday – Wednesday.
4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Thursday – Friday.
4) Early check ins (between 1 – 4 pm) cannot be requested until the day prior to your arrival.
They cannot be arranged any earlier and they cannot always be granted as they are based on the previous night’s occupancy.
Please call between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to book an early check in.
Early check in requests made after 5 p.m the day prior to arrival or anytime the day of arrival will not be accepted.
10 guests maximum can be granted an early check in between 1 – 4 p.m.
Early Check Cost: $25.00
Things to bring with you:
Blow dryers
Iron if needed
All food, coffee, spices, and condiments you may need
Laundry detergent (and quarters if using a central laundry room)
Otherwise, kitchens are fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.
Blankets are provided for the number of people the condo sleeps.
Your party may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit you rented.

Directions to our office from Highway 395->
Once in Mammoth, take a left at the first light which is Old Mammoth Road.
Take another left at the next light, which is Meridian Blvd.
Take a right into the 2nd driveway and park as close to Starbucks coffee as possible.
We are located inside the Mall to the left of Starbucks. Our office is the 1st door on the left, next to Minaret Cinemas.
